Please note that we do not have a shopping cart on our site and you must call in, fax or mail an order. We have resisted the shopping cart thing because we like to talk to our customers, answer your questions - if we can - and tell you about the availability of what you want to order. We cannot do that if we install a shopping cart. We believe that personal contact is better than anonymous sales and hope you will agree. We will soon be adding FAQs to our "About Bold Blades" section. They will cover some of the most commonly asked questions and explain more about our business and how we view our relationship with you, the customer. Available in over 170 Clan and family names. We have added photos of our new "Baillie", "Carnegie", "Crichton" and "Hall" crest badges. We have also changed the Wallace badge photo to the new design. We have added "Fletcher" to our lineup and are working on the "Watson" design. Three clutch-type pin fasteners let you move your crest from blazer to sweater to pocket to jacket. The patches shown are meant to illustrate the designs and colors, and are not necessarily representative of the actual quality of the patches available now. At this time we are unable to make badges which represent full coats of arms with crests and supporters, etc. Also, we will not provide badges which represent "fake" coats of arms, such as those provided to the purchasers of bogus Scottish titles or small plots of land in Scotland which are purported to convey titles to their buyers. Returns Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from Bold Blades we will cheerfully replace it or refund your purchase price. All blades must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition. Effective immediately, we will no longer accept the return of any blade after 30 days regardless of the circumstances. Blades which have been dismantled, misused or abused, are not subject to the returns policy at any time.

Order and Shipping Policy:

At Bold Blades we try to keep our most popular items in stock at all times. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not wait until you order to order from our suppliers. However, at any given time we may be out of an item. Most of our blades come from US-based wholesalers but our bonnets, belts, sporrans, blazons and a few of our blades are imported directly by us. If we are out of stock we will, of course tell you when you call, or send you a card or letter, or call if you mail your order. In the case of credit cards we will not charge your card until the requested items are available for shipment. In the case of checks or money orders we will get your approval to hold these funds until shipment. If, at any time you do not feel you can wait for us to resupply we will cheerfully refund your money, if paid by check. We try our best to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the availability of UPS or the Postal Service. Remember that you only pay one post and packing charge per multiple order, the highest for any one item in your order. Fixed shipping charges apply to shipment within the US only. Foreign orders or rush shipments will incur additional charges.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Styles may also change. Occasionally a manufacturer will make significant changes (almost always improvements) to their items. We believe that in most cases you will be happy with the changes but, if not, the returns policy allows you to send it back. We cannot provide special selection on any item.
